Develop a clear understanding of the Treatment Escalation Plan (TEP) form, including its purpose, use in clinical settings, and the fact that it is not a legally binding document.

Identify appropriate situations and clinical triggers for reassessing and updating the TEP form to ensure it reflects current patient needs and preferences.

Demonstrate foundational knowledge of tissue donation, and build confidence in initiating and supporting informed, compassionate discussions with patients and families about their donation choices.
