The five priorities were developed following a review of end of life care. Since then, they have became a national foundation for the UK in planning, delivering and assessing palliative and end of life care. Rowcroft Hospice developed a memory hand strategy to help recall in real life time.

Most people feel unprepared for death. Nearly everyone has experienced the loss of someone close to them, yet many feel isolated in their grief. This event is for people of all faiths and beliefs who are involved in giving pastoral or religious support to dying and bereaved people. Be resourced to develop the care you give to members of your community and those who approach you for support.
