Rowcroft Cancellation Policy

Important - All charges are liable for payment unless cancellation is received 14 days or more before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. Rowcroft Hospice reserves the right to cancel an event, in which case delegates will be informed as soon as possible and offered either an alternative event, if applicable, or a full refund.

Please note, Rowcroft Hospice is not liable for any expenses (travel or otherwise) that may have been incurred in the event of a cancellation.

Data protection - we retain your details for Rowcroft education, this includes information for financial transactions where appropriate. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless your explicit consent is received. Where we have a third party trainer delivering an event, we may share some limited details with them.
