This introduction workshop is open to all who work in roles supporting a person experiencing loss and looking to further understand and explore ways of helping. It is not intended for anyone currently or recently experiencing loss or bereavement.

This introductory session aims to give an update on TEP Version 12. It will help you to understand your responsibilities around managing the care of a patient at end of life who has a TEP form in place. Highlight when it would be appropriate to request a TEP and the importance of the supporting conversations. Please note this is awareness training only and will not enable you to write TEPs.
